About TSI

Each local authority area in Scotland has a Third Sector Interface to ensure that the third sector is effectively supported and represented at the local level. Interfaces are funded to deliver the following four areas of activity across the whole local authority area:

  • Promote and develop volunteering
  • Support Social Enterprise development
  • Support and develop a strong third sector
  • Connect the third sector to the community planning process
